Objectives of the project             

• Initiate steps for early intervention and transition to mainstream schools for Children with Special needs through awareness creation, capacity building and formation of inclusive schools through mutual partnership.

Target groups/ final beneficiaries           

• 65 members and their children, students & teachers in the collaborating schools

Estimated results           

• Build capacity of 2 partner ECCDs to ensure that children with special needs can get early intervention and successfully transition into mainstream schools
• Build capacity of at least 10-15 teachers to address needs of children with special needs
• Create inclusive classrooms
• Build confidence of parents to enroll their children
• Create linkage and exchange platform for teachers and parents
• Advocacy and awareness amongst stakeholders
