 The proposal must contain the following based on ToR;

1. Draft outline of Evaluation Report
2. Proposed Methodology of the Evaluation.
3. Financial proposal on lumpsum basis for period of 20 days.
4. Workplan
5. CV with at least two referees

The last date for submission of proposal is 24^th November 2025 by 2.30 PM BST.

The proposals will be opened on same day at 3.00 PM.
