• To enhance the number of women in elected offices in the 205 local governments
• To create greater gender awareness and acceptance of women leadership among the grass-roots level voters

Estimated results           

• Rural voters are aware of importance of gender diversity in decision making and gender & culture myth doesn’t influence their voting decisions
