Objectives of the project

  • To enhance the confidence and leadership capacities of women leaders.
  • To enhance the image of women leaders in their communities.
  • To increase public confidence towards women leaders.

Target groups/ final beneficiaries    

  • 50 newly elected women leaders.

Estimated results

  • Capacity building of around 50 women leaders and they will be enabled to be effective role models in the communities where they serve.
