- Formation of a unified group for the local communities
- Development of local infrastructures and employment generation with focus on women empowerment and helping socially marginalized
- Trained woman and youth artisans
- Marketing of local products
Main activities
- Meeting with the ecotourism group members and non-members of the village to determine their role in the project
- Management plan and by-laws creation for the ecotourism group
- Sensitization of approved management plan
- Construction of offering shrine
- Maintenance of local trekking routes and waste bin placement
- Construction of resting sheds along the trail
- Training women and youth in manufacturing of ecotourism products
- Purchasing of equipment and training materials
